A quick word about the product
Our kit includes Optimum Compound, Optimum Polish, and Optimum Poli-Seal. We also include three of our 6.5” Lake Country Curved Edge Variable Contact Buffing Pads and three of our Pro Detail Towels. The Optimum products all work together to make your paint look better than new!
If you have heavier swirls,
Optimum Compound is just what the doctor ordered. It is relatively aggressive and can handle the heavier swirls and oxidation of neglected finishes. The bonus is that it finishes nicely like a polish. You get the cutting power of a compound with finishing properties of a polish. How can you ask for more?
Optimum Polish is very effective at removing light to medium swirls and leaves a clean, clear, and smooth surface behind. Like it’s bigger brother, it offers a long working time and minimal dusting with both rotary and orbital polishers. Optimum Polish has a level of cutting that is pad-dependant. That means that it adapts to the type of polishing or cutting pad you are using with your polisher. For heavier swirls and light scratches use a light cutting pad like our Lake Country Orange Light Cutting Pad. Only need light swirl removal or a quick paint cleaning? Use a softer polishing pad like out Lake Country 6.5” Polishing Pad.
Optimum Poli-Seal is quickly becoming a favorite among detailers. Like Optimum Polish, you get a long working time and minimal dusting with Poli-Seal. The fine abrasives will clean paint, removing oxidation and grime while removing light swirls and reducing the heavier ones. It buffs off easily leaving behind a slick surface that has a great shine.
